“What is a Planning Appointment?”
A Planning Appointment is simply a chat with me via a Zoom call to plan out your Portrait Experience.
It’s a chance for me to learn a little more about you and your family, what you like doing together and find out what you would most like to capture in your portraits. If you are not sure, I can help guide you in making decisions by asking questions about what you like and don’t like in photos.
We chat about where you would like to have your portraits taken and I offer suggestions based on your location and some of the gorgeous locations I know that are really beautiful for family and children portraits.

How Much and how will my photos be displayed?
I have something to suit a range of budgets, in both Wall Art and Portrait Collections.
I have a beautiful range of Professional and High Quality Wall Art and Portrait Collections for your family portraits, so I will spend some time during your Planning Appointment, showing you some of these Collections for you to get a better idea about how your family portraits will look in your home.
That’s great, but how do I know what to wear?
I spend some time showing chatting with you about a few simple tips and tricks to follow when choosing your Portrait outfits. The most important thing that I always tell mums, is for them to choose their outfit first, because let’s face it, we usually have the least amount of clothes don’t we, lol. Then once you have your outfit chosen, draw colours from that and select everyone else’s clothes.
I provide you with some visual examples and send you a link to this video, which you can watch below to see, just how simple it really is with the right tips to dressing for your portraits.
When we have chatted through all of these things and answered all of your questions, we make a time for you and your family to have their portraits taken at one of our gorgeous locations.
