What do I wear?

When we chat on the phone about your child’s Dream Art Session, I will help you to plan your child’s outfit. I have a number of gorgeous costumes and outfits that suit the style of sessions available but you are welcome to bring along your own outfit or costume to wear if you have one that suits your chosen theme.


Where do we have our Portrait Session?

Dream Art Sessions are held at my Lyndhurst Studio.


What is the best time for Portraits?

Dream Art Sessions are held throughout the year. Take a look at the website and social media pages for any upcoming special Dream Art Sessions or events.

Children should be aged 4 years and older for their Dream Art Session. If your child is younger than this, please talk to Julie about what is available for this age group.


How soon do I need to book?

Times and dates book up quickly. If you have a special date in mind, then book it in as soon as you know though my booking system. Specialised sessions are only available at set times of the year and with limited availability, so please book in fast for these sessions. Join my mailing list for Dream Art Photos to be the first to hear about these sessions and to keep updated on all Dream Art Offers and events.


Can I get my dream art photo printed?

Your Dream Art Photo will look absolutely stunning in a metallic finished print. I have gorgeous Metallic prints available and they come with a lifetime guarantee so you know your photo is high quality and will last your child’s lifetime.

You receive your Dream Art Image in full colour high resolution digital file. I have a number of printed collections and printed portraits available for you to choose from, ranging from $125-$995, with so many options to choose from.


How do I Pay?

I accept Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos with a 1.9% Service Fee added to your Balance.

I also accept Bank Transfer and Cash

Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.

FAQ’s - Families

What do I wear?

I always suggest that mums, you choose YOUR outfit first. Choose something that you feel beautiful and comfortable in and then have everyone else's outfit co-ordinate with yours. Choose colours that appear in your outfit, e.g. if your outfit has grey, yellow and blue in it, then dress the children in yellow or blue and put dad in grey. Try and select similar tones to those in your outfit. When you book your Session, you will receive our Welcome Pack which is full of helpful information on what to wear as well as a link to a short video that shows you how to select your outfits for your family photos.

Where do we have our Portrait Session?

Family sessions are offered on location at the gorgeous Banjo Paterson Park in Lynbrook. Families and especially children are more relaxed and we can capture more natural photos when they are outdoors.

What is the best time for Portraits?

Family Sessions are only available at limited times throughout the year. Please contact Julie to see when the next family sessions will be running or watch the Social media pages for announcements.

How soon do I need to book?

Family sessions are limited to certain times of the year, so book in as soon as these days become available to avoid missing out.

If you need your Portraits for a special occasion, keep in mind that your portraits can take 4-6 weeks to be ready for you from viewing to ordering to collection. (These times can also extend during the September to November Christmas rush.)

Can I buy the Digital Files?

I love printed portraits and I want the Portraits I take for you to be something that will last forever. A Professionally Printed Portrait will outlast any technology and be something that can be passed on to your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

All of my Wall Art and Portrait Collections come with the Matching Digital Files of your Selected prints.

I have a number of Digital Collections available as well for families that prefer digital only collections.

How much do your Collections cost?.

I offer High Quality, Printed Portrait and Wall Art Collections. The Digital and Print Collections range from $895 - $2464 and the Wall Art Collections range from $1664-$3495.

How do I Pay?

Payment must be made in full on the day of your Design Appointment, allowing your Portraits to be ordered straight away. 

 

 Terms & Conditions

Here are the Terms & Conditions of Using Three Hearts Photography

  • Families are entitled to receive and use one Gift Voucher per calendar year. (Personal Branding and Headshot Clients excluded).

  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and must be used or booked by the expiry date.

  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • Vouchers are for full family sessions and cannot be used for Mini Sessions or specialised sessions, unless otherwise specified.

  • All adults must attend the Portrait Session and Design Consultation.

  • A $150 deposit is required to hold your family booking in our calendar. This deposit will be credited towards your portrait order. Dream Art Session fees are required to be paid at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation a $50 fee will be retained for family sessions. The Dream Art Session fee is non-refundable.

    The deposit will not be refunded, if you give less than 1 week’s notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This covers the loss of the appointment session and your photographer’s time. The deposit is non-transferrable.

  • Images are not for commercial use.

  • Digital files must not be altered in any way.

  • Headshots, personal branding sessions and event photography must be paid in full prior to the booking date. If the booking is cancelled, a 50% retainer will be held by Three Hearts Photography for all preparation and planning of the booking. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the client on cancellation, if the event cannot be rescheduled.

  • Opening hours are Monday and Wednesday 9.30 - 3 and Saturday 9 - 4

  • Please advise Three Hearts Photography of any food allergies that may affect your family members, as I provide a small treat for children and families at the end of the session.

  • Families and Clients participate in their photography session at their own risk. If you have any existing injuries that I need to be aware of or take into consideration, please advise me at your planning session or prior to your session.

  • Your design appointment must be held no longer than 2 weeks after your portrait session to redeem your gift voucher benefits.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time

  • We respect your privacy and personal information is not shared with any third party or other organisations.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to certain Gift Vouchers and special offers, but will be outlined on these and are applicable and enforceable.

  • All Portraits are edited in the style of Three Hearts Photography and all editing is final. Please look at the portraits on the website and Social Media pages and make sure that the style suits you and your family.
