It had been a long time since we had taken the kids out for some family fun. It wasn’t just the kids who needed it either! So, regardless of the weather, we rugged up and hit the Google search and looked for somewhere new to explore!
Check out the treasure that we found!
There are so many amazing sites that assist families in finding tings to do together around Melbourne and that’s exactly where we found this little gem. Our search landed us on Melbourne Playgrounds, where we found The Top 50 Playgrounds in Melbourne and Geelong.
It was a great tool for finding playgrounds and see what they looked like and the amenities they had to offer there as well.
So let’s go exploring……
Imagine walking through these gorgeous trees with your family or chasing the kids around and laughing with them as you scoop them up in your arms as you catch them. All the while, I am capturing laughter and smiles and love between you and your family.
Can you see your family playing here?
How would you feel to have a gorgeous photo like that on the wall?
As we walk along the path, there’s time to explore and run and each path leads us to some new pockets of adventure!
Just imagine the excitement on your kids faces as they run crazily down the hills or navigate their way round the rocks and sand! They make for amazing and fun family photos!
My kids agreed to pose for a few quick snap shots so we could see just how amazing your photos would look here at Tim Neville Arboretum. Keep in mind, they were dressed for a day at the park, rather than photos, but you can see they were up for some fun and adventure, which is just what your family photos are all about.
Now, this one is not for the little ones, but the big kids will love it and just check out that reflection in the water!
(Please note, we will only do this photo if you and your child feel comfortable and there are many spaces with small jump areas to keep your child safe while jumping.)
I love this photo for many reasons, but here are my main two…
It has beautiful Autumn leaves in it and there are plenty of gorgeous trees full of amazing colours in this new location. AND
It shows my beautiful daughter’s, very gummy smile! She ahs been losing her baby teeth one after the other after the other recently and while she still can’t eat an apple unless it’s cut up, I just love that beautiful Gummy Shark smile and it’s one of the things that I try and encourage families to capture, rather than wait until the teeth grow back. It is such a beautiful and fun part of growing up and it is so cute to look back on in 5, 10 or even 20 years and allow them to remember the time they lost all their baby teeth.
So, what do you think about Tim Neville Arboretum?
Do you think it’s AH-Mazing???!!!
I am in love with it and I would love to start bringing families here for their family photos.
