Extended Family Sessions

Extended Family Sessions

I know the thought of getting everyone together absolutely terrifies you. How can you co-ordinate everyone to be available on the same day and the same time, let alone coordinating what everyone should wear for your Portrait. Does it all seem like it is in the too hard basket?

With a little bit of planning and working together with me and your family, we can arrange to have everyone together and you can get some gorgeous memories of your Family together.

Jade's family chose a blue them for their Family Portrait outfits and I think they look awesome together. There is a little bit of pattern, a little bit of plain and different shades of blue and white to tie them all in together.

Jade and her family chose the blue theme for their outfits, but brought along a couple of changes that they weren't sure of. They did very well with their outfits don't you think?

An Extended Family Session is a little longer than a normal session, so you do need to make sure everyone is available for about 2 hours.

A great way to entice family members is to incorporate a family event on the same day that you have your portraits. That way everyone is already dressed up and you are already going to spend some time together, it just adds another couple of hours to your family time. Even telling them that you will all go out for lunch together when it is finished will help make it more appealing, especially to the male members of the family, lol.

Quite often we are all so busy with our lives, that we don't always catch up with friends and family as often as we want to and before we know it, it's Christmas and we are asking one another where the year has gone.

We look at the kids and can't believe how much they have grown since we saw them last. Sound familiar?

Do you have a portrait of you when you were younger, with your grandparents? With your Cousins and Aunts and Uncles? Do you have that for your children? Will they be able to look back in 10, 20, 30 years and remember the times they had together with their family?

Imagine having something so beautiful to remember your family as they grow and change. As new family members are added or maybe, sadly left. Our family is so important to us and having memories of them throughout the years is priceless.

Wouldn't you love a photo like this for your family memories? To pass down to your children and grandchildren!

If you would like some help to get all of your family together for an extended family session, then fill out our contact form HERE and I will be in contact with you soon.
