I Looooove Autumn!
You mind have heard me say that a few times lately. Every year we take our little family out into the Autumn Leaves and take some photos playing in the leaves, throwing them on top of one another and having a ball. It is my absolute favourite time of year.
The weather is still warm, but the nights are cool. The sun is shining and just looks so much prettier this time of year. The leaves are a gorgeous mixture of red, yellow, orange and brown and they just make the parks come alive, in my opinion, lol.
And check out these beautiful colour palettes when thinking about what to wear for your Portrait Session. Inspiration for clothing doesn't always have to come from fashion, sometimes it can come from the everyday things around us. Like these gorgeous Autumn Leaves I photographed at my parents place just a few weeks ago. These colours look amazing together. And I just love the POP of red don't you?
So why do you need to know all of this?
Well, what better time of year to have your Family Portraits taken than with all this beautiful colour around? And with Mother's Day just around the corner, you can have the perfect present for the best mum, gran, grandma, nanna, nona, aunty, sister or friend in the world, all sorted. And it will be something they will keep forever.
This Mother's Day, give the mum who gave you everything, a little treasure she will love forever!
Maybe the best you could give her is to have a photo with her in it? How long has it been since your mum had a professional photo taken?
